Ozzy Osbourne Lists His Top 10 Metal Albums

Rolling Stone magazine recently compiled a list of the 100 Greatest Metal Albums of All-Time and noticed that Ozzy Osbourne, whether as a member of Black Sabbath or his solo outfit, showed up quite a bit.

The magazine reached out to Osbourne during the process of putting together the list to hear his take on what his favorite metal albums of all-time are. His top 10 list includes AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, Alice in Chains and Judas Priest and every album feels like it deserves to be on his list.

His top 10, in alphabetical order are:

  • AC/DC – Highway to Hell
  • Alice in Chains – Facelift
  • Guns N' Roses – Appetite for Destruction
  • Judas Priest – British Steel
  • Led Zeppelin – Led Zeppelin IV
  • Megadeth – Rust in Peace
  • Metallica – Master of Puppets
  • Motorhead – Ace of Spades
  • Pantera – Cowboys from Hell
  • Rob Zombie – Hellbilly Deluxe
