During a high-speed car chase, all bets are off. Suspects running from the cops are trying to haul ass in a desperate attempt to get away. But unlike GTA V, you don't get a reset if you screw up. This guy is pulled off the side of a two-lane highway with a bunch of other people due to an oncoming chase, and you hear him say the police are setting up a spike strip to blow the suspect's tires out in hopes of getting him to stop. Well, it does get him to stop because he swerves to avoid the trap and possibly hits it, causing him to lose control and slide directly into the guy filming. Not sure how fast the car was going but it wasn't slow. Hopefully the man and his girlfriend are okay.
